An earthquake measuring 5.5 on the Richter Scale shook the sea southwest of Banten Province at around 6:17 am this morning.
Meteorological and Geophysical Agency (BMKG) noted, an earthquake measuring 5.5 Richter Scale rocked 636 Km Southwest, Ujung Kulon Banten.
The exact location of the earthquake at 11:10 LS-BT 101.70. The depth of the quake as far as 10 km from the soil surface.
BMKG said the quake did not potentially cause a tsunami. No reports of damage or casualties associated in this earthquake.
